To achieve high safety performance, GLEN’s quick release hook ensures every process is safe enough. After welding, GLEN would ask the professional third-party inspector to do magnetic particle testing:
1. Detecting surface and near-surface defects to identify cracks, weld discontinuities, porosity, inclusions, and other discontinuities that are open or nearly open to the surface of the material.
2. Ensures that welds, steels, and other parts meet the required quality standards and specifications.
MT inspection record and report will be a part of as-built document for submission to clients.
