GLEN 250T Offshore Hook Coating Completed in Our In-House Painting Facility

Our team recently completed the full coating process for the 250T Offshore Hook in our in-house painting facility.

By integrating a controlled coating environment with the certified coating workflow, we ensure every offshore hook have marine-grade protection, longer lifecycle performance, and strict compliance with offshore coating standards.

Coating Process Highlights
• Surface preparation to Sa 2.5 standard for optimal adhesion
• Primer, intermediate, and topcoat application using HEMPEL’s marine & offshore coating solutions, following certified industry coating workflow
• Strict environmental control of humidity, temperature, and curing time
• Final inspection and DFT (Dry Film Thickness) verification

International Standards We Follow
• ISO 12944 for corrosion protection of steel structures
• NORSOK M-501 for offshore coating systems
• SSPC/AMPP standards for surface preparation and quality control
